主讲人：贾焰，农业生态学博士，现任联合国世界粮食计划署中国办公室政策研究主管。2016年加入世界粮食计划署中国办公室。负责南南合作与三方合作的政策研究，重点推动全面伙伴关系建设、战略规划与政策制订。贾焰博士致力于通过世界粮食计划署全球网络推动南南合作卓越中心的政策交流、知识分享与技术合作，促进南南合作框架下粮食安全、农业和粮食系统的可持续发展。贾焰博士曾任中华人民共和国农业部对外经济合作中心处长，担任过联合国粮农组织等国际机构咨询顾问，具有多年南南合作与国际发展援助的研究规划及实践工作经验。

Dr. JIA Yan, holding a Ph. D of Agricultural Ecology, joined WFPChina in August 2016, is responsible for coordination of SouthSouth and Triangular Programs including partnership development, strategic planning, policy programming, and project implementation in full consultation with concerned stakeholders.Dr.Jia is leading research and study on successful experiencesand best practices for global development to share throughWFP’s global knowledge network for impactful South-South Cooperation policy support.Before joining WFP, she was Director in Foreign Economic Cooperation Center, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of thePeople’s Republic of China. She has aligned herself with SouthSouth Cooperation for more than 25 years. Dr. Jia has years’ experience as consultant for FAO and other international organizations with efforts to enhance global food security and agricultural sustainability via South-South Cooperation.
